What connection does Asmol make between the land covered with seawater and Pobby and Dingan? Why is that important to the story?
When he was riding the bike through the seawater land. He suddenly remember that what his mom and dad said about this land. They said this land is like the ocean is full with water and the sky of opal is a very beautiful land, but actually the land is very dry and full of sand and rock, but some people in town thing the same way that Ashmol think about the land to. At that time Ashmol suddenly believe that Pobby and Dingan was real, because he thing everything could be true on life, even we might of might not see it. Is it very important because he started to believe Kellyanne, believe that Pobby and Dingan is real not in Kellayanne imagination.

5. In the very end of the novel, Ashmol talks about what it’s like to “believe in something which is hard to see. Or to keep looking for something that’s totally hard to find.” Discuss the importance of imagination and dreams in this novel. Why are they so important even if they cannot be seen. Consider what dreams Rex, the father, and Annie, the mother, have in the story. Consider, also, the dream that Ashmol has. How do those "unseen" dreams connect to Kellyanne's belief in Pobby and Dingan?
Rex: In the story Rex the father have a dream that he could find the opal, and become rich so the family can change their life. So he move the family from England to Australia just to make his dream come true. Everytime he try he feel like he is nearly there, so his dream of finding opal become bigger when he trying to find the opal everyday. But he just never find it. Even when his sons Ashmol has already found it is still not belong to Rex. Because Ashmol already promised to kellyanne that he would not sell for money, because  kellyanne think that opal was belong to Dingan when she still a life. She want Asmol to keep it for memory. But in the end Ashmol still sell is to Mr. Dandunkey for a land to burn Pobby and Dingan after they die. That show family is more important than money, because Ashmol have the same opal dream with his farther both of them are working very hard to find the opal, but when he already find it he decided to keep the promise with kellyanne.

What happen over break?t

                                                                My spring break.
I didn't have a chances to came back to Vietnam in this spring break. But I have a changes to saw mu mom becasue she came to visit me and my brother. Our plant is we will go to California later on the break becasue my brother when on the school trip to peru. So me and my mom came to Boston first. When we got there suddenly I remember that I have not bring my passort with me. So we decided to come all the way back to school to take my passort. Is seem like everything is not on my side, on the way to sacramento I have lost my passort and wallet in the airplane. On the wallet I have 300$, my creadit card and my ID, but we don't worry about the wallet. We are worry about the passort, because is might rules our plan. We planing to go to Los Angles too. Becasue of that we have to stay at the airport really late to found it, but is was to late. They are already close . We ask for help but they ask us to come back at 5:30am the next day, because the first figt in the morning is at 7am. So maybe we have a change to found it on the plane. At that time is was already 2am in the morning, so we onky have 3 hour of sleep is was really a nightmares . We come back the next day, we spent other hour to locking for it. We still did find it. Then we decided to go to san francisco to make a new passort for me. Finally I have a new passort. I will never forgot this spring break, becasue is was to memorable. Other than that I was having fun. I went to Hollywood, Universal Studios, and Disneyland. That is my first time I came there, so is was very beautiful and amazing for me.

                                    Pobby and Dingan

In my opinions if Pobby and Dingan were real. They were be beautiful and handsome. For sure they will be Kellyanne best friend. I think they will be very beautiful and handsome. For sure they are Kellyanne best friends. And both of them are very funny and outgoing that is the reason why Kellyanne just want to hangout with them.

In my Imaginary if Dingan was real she will very beautiful, She will have very beautiful blue eyes according to Kellyanne her eyes is like an Opals. She will have blond long hair. She will be very tall, she is the tallest between Pobby and Kellyanne and she is also the oldest. She always wear the long beautiful dress. She will look like a princess with a crown on her head.  Dingan will be very out-going, she really to play and having fun. Kellyanne said Dingan love to play hide and seek

        

         Pobby is the youngest person., and is the only boy in the group. He is the oppsive of Dingan. Pobby is very shy and not very talkative. He just like to sit in the house and drinking tea everytime , he just doesn’t to go out side to having fun. But he only hangout with Kellyanne and Dingan. In my imaginary if Pobby was real; he will be good locking. He litter bit fat, because he just sit in the house on drinking tea everyday. He will always were the white T-shirt, and the blue jeans. His will be an opal eyes same with Dingan

        

         No matter that Pobby and Dingan were real or not for Kellyanne; they are real and they are her best friends. I feel like Kellyanne cannot life without them. Because  we can see Pobby and Dingan were just lost for a few days and that already make Kelllyanne very upsets and sick. That mean how much important that Pobby and Dingan for Kellyanne. So doesn’t matter they look like, doesn’t matter that they are even real or not. We know that Pobby and Dingan is very important for Kellyanne

In class writing

        In my opinions, I have the same thought with some person in Kellyanne famlily that  Pobby and Dingan is not real. Is just Kelllyanne imaginationely friend. This already have been prove in the first page of the Novel when Kallyane said Pobby and Dingan are maybe death, But Ashmol said " They never existed . Thing that never existed can't be dead right?'( Ben Rice )' And a lot of different evident, for example if Pobby and Dingan were real his mother would never said to her dad and Ashmol that you guys have to pretend that Poppy and Dingan were real to make Kellyanne happy, and why people think her dad was on drunk and crazy when he try to talk to Poppy and Dingan.
       
          But what we know is for Kellyanne Pobby and Dingan were not imaginationely friend. For her they are real, and is the only friend she have. We can see how much she love them. In chapter two when she think her dad lose Pobby and Dingan. She was very mad and carzy about it. She spend a whole night this look for Pobby and Dingan in the park. This make me thing somehow Pobby and Dingan is real because how can the imaginationely lose. She make people is very cruises about this to character

What I have improve

Compare the first daft to this final daft. I have been improve a lot from the first once. If thr first daft I'm totally lose and don't know what should I do. Then this final daft make me a little bit happy about my work. But there are still some problems that I don't really happy about,  I think my essay is a litter bit short, and I still have a litter bit summeires on it. Overall I have improve a lot; now I know what is the different between analysis and summires, so in this final daft I know have to blane it out. I know when to use summary when to use analysis. And with the help of the writing centre I have fix all of the gammar mistake, all of the sentence that didn't make sense. So in my opinions I think this final daft is a lot better than what I do in the first daft

                                        Power of Love.

The movie, Up directed by Pete Doctor and the novel Me and You written by Ammaniti show us how important love around us is. Love can change another person. In the movie and the novel when the main characters feel like they have love and care from other people, they see life more positively. They don't feel like they are useless. They change to completely different people. And the movie Up and the novel Me and you is the best example of love can be changes life.

In the novel, Me and You, the love that Lorenzo gets from Olivia makes changes in Lorenzo’s personality completely. Before when Olivia doesn’t come to Lorenzo life. Lorenzo is just a person who is very quiet and anti-social. He always has a lot of emotion but he cannot control his emotions so he easily gets angry. That is the reason why he doesn’t have a very good relationship with people. He becomes like that because he doesn't have enough love from his parents or anybody else. His dad is too busy with work and doesn’t have enough time for him. His mother and him always fight and is seem like his mother doesn’t care about him. That is one of the reasons why he decides to stay in the basement alone besides having fun with his friends on the ski trip. But he doesn’t expect that journey to change his life forever. There is a moment in the journey that changes Lorenzo’s life forever. That is when Lorenzo and Olivia dance together. “ But that evening I danced, and when I danced I felt something I’d never felt before. I felt alive- took my breath away” ( Ammaniti 146 ). That moment when they dance. Olivia gives Lorenzo the feeling of love, the feeling that he never had before. After that, Lorenzo changes to another person. He becomes more outgoing. He sees life more positively. He wants to live a better life to show Olivia how he changes.

In the other hand the love than Lorenzo give to Olivia, somehow changes Olivia to. Before she is very prissy and having a very hard life because she having to much drink and heroin. But after the journey with Lorenzo under the basement she have the promise that she will never be on drunk or heroin again, but in the end she died to because she was having to much drunk that mean she didn’t keep the promised with Lorenzo. In my opinions throw thought ten yeas she always is trying hard to keep the promised with Lorenzo, but is really different when she is in the basement Lorenzo and when she walk out side that basement without Lorenzo. Because when she is inside the basement with Lorenzo the power of love that Lorenzo give to her; makes her feel very strong. She feel like she can do everything, not thing is impossible Love can change us. It causes us to do things we wouldn’t normally do” (Joshua Becker). But when she walk outside the basement she doesn’t have love from anybody, no body is their for her anymore so she cannot fight again drunk alone so see choice to get into it again. That is other small example of how powerful and important love its. “Thank you grandpa” the word that Russell gives to Fredrickson when he gives Russell the award that his wife give it to him when they was younger when.

        

There are a lot of similar things between the novel Me and You, and the movie, Up. The main character in Up is Fredrickson. He is just a lonely old man after his wife died. And, like Lorenzo, Fredrickson doesn't have love in his life. This not having love makes him more negative. He becomes angry with everybody. One day when the worker broke his mailbox by accident, but Fredrickson is very angry so he hit the worker very hard in the hand and makes him bleeding. That is another example of the gentle and shy Fredrickson have change when his wife died. To keep the promise with his wife he decides to fly to Paradise Falls with the house. Again this is the same with Lorenzo because he took a journey to change his life forever. Russell is similar character to Olivia. He is the most important person, in the Fredrickson changing his life. Like Olivia, he came into Fredrickson’s life by accident, and took a journey with him. But with the innocence, brightly of children and mostly the love that he gives to old people and love everything make Mr. Fredrick change the way he sees life. “Wait for me! I’m going to safe you Russell” he said when Russell goes to save the bird alone. We can see the power of love in Fredrickson for Russell when he says that. He finally finds other people that love him after his wife dies. After all, Fredrickson treat Russell like his grandson. He also changes to other person. He becomes more out-going; he smiles more; he sees life very positive, and he lives in happy with Russell. They treat each other like a member in their family.

“ Making one person smile can change the world – maybe not the whole world, but their world”(Marc Chertoff ). This quotes is the best way to describe Lorenzo and Mr. Fredrickson when they have love from Olivia and Russell. The love that hey can smile more in life They change to other person. They do things that they wouldn’t normally do before. After all we can see love is not just between boy and girls. Love can be between brother and sister, between grandparent and grandson, and we know that love can change other people life. Finally love is not only can change another person life, its even can same other person life.
